An in-depth & eye-opening three-day training course introducing the application of Six Sigma techniques to the process for design or redesign of products and/or services. Ideally suited to those with some experience of Six Sigma application.

  • Design: Design Evaluation; Specifications; Process Requirements & Design (DOE, SLR/MLR, Hypothesis Testing, TAKT & Theory of Constraints)

  • Verify: Operational Requirements; Process Development; Waste Elimination; Management Dashboards (SOP, Control Plans, Poke Yoke)
